In actuality, your brain is not a machine. For it to work, it requires rest. Your mind is actually working on some of its most important tasks when you sleep. It clears mental clutter, restores hormones, fixes stress-related damage, and files memories. Therefore, if you’re always exhausted, overburdened, or unable to focus, your sleep may be the issue rather than your objectives or self-control.

Have you ever seen how everything seems easier after a restful night’s sleep? You feel happier, tasks appear easier to do, and even minor difficulties don’t seem like the end of the world.
